Meet Maya Safitri

Maya Safitri is from Indonesia and is studying Bachelor of Business (Business Management) at the Study Centre Sydney

Before CSU, what did you do?

I was studying at Martin College. I completed an Advance Diploma in Business Management.

How did you first hear about CSU?

I first heard of CSU through a friend who was already studying at CSU.

Why did you decide to study at CSU? What helped you make your decision?

I choose to study at CSU because of the smaller class size, which has helped me understand my course better. I like the location of CSU as it is near the city and main attractions.

What is your favourite subject and why?

What have you enjoyed most about studying at CSU?

I have made a lot of friends which is what I have enjoyed studying at CSU.

What are your plans after you complete your studies?

I will study another language (French) and continue my studies in Fashion Design then ultimately, I want to set up my own business in Fashion Design.

My favourite subject (until my second semester) is statistics, because the class is really nice and the teacher helps each student if there are any questions that we can not understand at all.

What are your hobbies?

I go to the gym. I like going to the movies. I also like drawing and hanging out with friends.

What do you do at the weekends?

I learn another language (French) and hang out with friends. I work part time for McDonalds.

What advice would you give to someone who is thinking of coming to CSU?

I would advise them to study a lot of English.
