Private Housing

Students over 18 can choose to look for private housing by renting a flat or apartment in the local area.

Rental properties range from $150 to $300+ plus living expenses (food, utilities, transport, entertainment etc).

Check the Yellow Pages for real estate agents in the Melbourne city areas. You can also use Whereis.com to find areas close to campus.
